German Translation of AdminCP

i am working on the german Translation of the AdminCP Backend. Before i definetly start - has someone done this before?

If so please upload it before i do this work.

Nice idea, i will contribute to this.

Great but please only at the Install Instructions. To upload part of the Phrases *.xml makes chaos.

I use the Translation Tool from vbhacks-germany for the Phrases.

I have stopped any Translationwork till everything is phrased. Please contribute to find anything that has to be phrased :

Mittlerweile ist ja einiges "verphrased" und ich hab meine mittlerweile übersetzt.

Wollen wir eine gemeinsame Übersetzung anbieten oder jeder für sich?

Macht es nicht Sinn damit bis zur 1.0.3 Gold zu warten?

Ich seh eh grad, ich hab bei mir noch die Beta-Version drauf.

Und eh Probleme mit UTF-8 nach nem Serverupgrade auf die neuesten Mysql und PHP Versionen.
