How long after I purchase vbWiki Pro will I get access to the Premium Members' Area?


After you purchase vbWiki Pro you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to access your licenses in the Premium Members Area. This e-mail is usually sent within 5 minutes of payment being submitted.

If you don't receive this e-mail, please contact us at sales@nuhit.com.

What type of payment was it? Was it a paypal check or instant paypal trasnfer?

SoloX, NuHit is not out of business, but the owner is unable to respond ATM. I know this is an unfortunate situation.

Unfortunately, the developer has disappeared last year. There is no official support for NuHit products. Some products no longer work. vbulletin 4 will likely put an end to most products here.
Although I am not part of Nuhit staff, I have supported/advised customers where I could and moderated the NuHit forums for a year. Now this does no longer make sense to me. Please read more information here.

With all due respect to Bert, but he has to stop the option to buy the software now. You can't get support and the future is highly uncertain now.

I concur. Or at least sell it as unsupported. But the problem is that Elfmage does not respond at this time.

Glad you got your refund SoloX.

Unfortunately, the owner has some personal issues to deal with right now. We're not sure on how severe these are (but guess it's a pretty big deal).

We hope to see things back to normal as soon as possible and our thoughts are with ElfMage right now, who we all know is a great guy.

I purchased vbWiki Pro 2 months (via pay pal) ago still no email to access premium member’s area. Emailed ElfMage no reply my business partner has emailed as well, I don’t mind if there is no support.

If there are any generous souls out there willing to help a fellow designer could you please pm me.
