Help; Why do I not see an Index

I have two Test Articles, not that you would know because the only way you can see them is through th recent changes tab. Does NuWiki build the index of articles itself or do i have do do it manually. If it is auto where is it? and how do I let my members see it. The only thing I or anyone else gets is "Create New Article"

Create a New Article that is the same title as the forum name, and use the TOC code to insert a Table of contents into the Article.
