Server Status Update

Hello all,

For the past couple of weeks we have been experiencing a lot of network and server downtime. In the past week alone, our server was offline for several hours at a time. At which point we decided to move to a different hosting company.

We've been in the process of moving to our new host for the better part of this week. Which is why our site, forums, store, etc have been on and off at times. At this point most of our sites are already moved and online.

The online store and the licensing server are both back up. If you encounter any issues, please let me know.

We have five sites on this server, some of them in PHP/MySQL others in C#/.NET/MSSQL, with a corresponding video processor for youtube videos, etc, etc. It's been a bit of a nightmare....

Thanks for reporting this. The wildcard domain entries were still pointing to the old server (which has the forum closed). It has been corrected, the DNS changes will take a couple of hours to propagate...

I was in process of migrating my server to new host about month ago It is good to change the car sometime

I'm glad it's placed on a newer server. I couldn't access the forum a few times earlier.
