How can i change the menu from the left? i installed mediawiki 1.6.10 with the monobook skin.

I want to change (add/remove/create) this menu:

Navigation
Main Page
Community portal
Current events
Recent changes
Random page
Help
Donations

How can i do that? Pls tell me all the steps because i'm new in wikimedia.
