hi there, i really like the ticketing support system that is a part of this forum, is it available anywhere for use ?
free or not, i really would like to be pointed in the direction where i can also implement it in my forum,

Thanks. We are considering productizing it (commercial, but really affordable). A couple of our members are beta-testing it at the moment.

However, you may want to check vBulletin's commercial add-ons announcement. They mentioned a 'Project Tools' add-on. Don't know the details though.
