NuWiki Hook Locations

These hook locations will be required for the CES NuWiki Special Pages and following mods to function properly. Since these will probably not make it into a NuWiki release soon as default hooks, if you plan on using any Special Pages mods in the near future, I recommend installing these at your earliest convenience. (will probably take 10-15 mins since we are hooking pretty much everything that could be useful in the future.

EDIT: Use the install instructions in the attached ZIP since all the tabs got converted to spaces in these posts.

I updated the instructions in the ZIP file with the changes for RC1. There were like 1 or 2 changes and a few instructions I accidentally left out (i.e. 3 hooks in the xml that I didn't previously include the edits for).
