Yes something like that, but not intended for authentication integration, more towards content/category integration.

Fully implemented:
- vBulletin
- MW
- vbPortal
- Downloads II
- Photopost

Started, researched, but not ready:
- vbAdvanced
- Links and Downloads Manager

The system uses a plugin-like approach, so that new apps can be integrated either by nuHIT or by third party developers with little effort.
