They have always been very patient, friendly and prompt in response to my innumerable questions - before AND after my purchase. And their solutions to my problems are always easy to follow. They've even answered requests for help with vBulletin and MediaWiki which are unconnected with vbWiki Pro (in the forums section of their site). Highly recommended.
